The 80's at 8 is one of the longest running and most popular features on 94-3 QCM.  First launched in 1995, the 8pm hour has since been the home for all of your favorite rock from the 1980s.  We even include some stuff from the early 90's that has that 80's feel to it.  A true fan of the 80's, Jeff Whipp has hosted the show since December 2004 and plays 80's related contests every night to test your knowledge of 80's music and pop culture.   

Contests and Prizes:

Monday:  80's Timeline ..... Jeff plays clips of four 80's songs and you have to tell him in what order (chronologically) those songs were released.

Tuesday:  Guitar Solo ..... Jeff will play a clip of a giutar solo and you have to guess what 80's song it's from.

Wednesday:  What's Next Song Lyrics ..... Jeff plays a clip from an 80's song and you have to sing the next couple lines to the song.

Thursday:  Album Release Party ..... Jeff selects an 80's album and you have to provide the month and year it was released.

Friday:  Mystery Movie ...... Jeff plays a clip from an 80's movie and you have to provide the title and year of release.
