Hometown and high school? Hagerstown, MD  Smithsburg High School Class of 1986

Education?  AA Communications Hagerstown Community College ('88) BA Mass Communications Towson State University ('90)

Hobbies as a child? Used to play simulated baseball and football games with stuffed animals

Current hobbies? Music, sports, weather (actually considered being a meteorologist) and running (3 miles every morning)

Favorite food? Anything I don't have to fix

Favorite movie? American Pie 1 and 2 but not 3

Favorite song? I have lots of favorites but no song is great enough to be singled out as my favorite of all time

Favorite sports teams? NFL: Steelers MLB: Braves NHL: Blues NBA: Don't Care College: University of Maryland

Boxers or briefs? Depends

Duties at WQCM? Program director (since 1999) and midday guy Mon-Fri 10-2 plus plenty of remote broadcasts

How did you start in this business?  Got a part time job while taking classes at HJC then full time (overnights) when I graduated and they never got rid of me

Little known fact about yourself? I haven't thrown up since 1992

Thing you do that most annoys others? I don't like to use air conditioning

Famous person you'd like to meet? Jesus ..... just not quite yet

First car? 1976 Buick Skylark

First job? Maintenance crew at Greenbriar State Park .... also worked at Juvenile Sales toy store and ran the Coca-Cola Video Van for a few summers in the late 80s

First concert? Eddie Money and Henry Lee Summer at Merriweather in the late 80's (Eddie Money was a much bigger deal back then)

First album/cassette/cd?
Billy Joel's "The Stranger".  I loved the song "Only The Good Die Young" but at 9 years old I really didn't know what it was about.

Favorite saying? "I already have a good one, I just need a bigger one!"

Best memory of WQCM? It has to be the years since we moved the station to 94.3.  It was a huge pain in the ass to move and people thought we were stupid, but since then we've taken the station to new heights and increased it's audience 50%.  The first Harley giveaway in 2003 was pretty special ..... nobody had done anything quite like that up to that point.
