Accident Causing Fuel Spill creates Back Up On 30 West and Closes Ramp To 81 North in Chambersburg

A pick up truck hit a semi earlier today and created a fuel spill that is causing traffic issues while PennDot crews perform clean up duties.
The accident happened at the ramp to I-81 Northbound on Route 30 West in Chambersburg.
As a result, the ramp to I-81 North at Exit 16 is closed and traffic will be an issue on Route 30 West in that area for awhile until the scene is cleared.
