Aerosmith Announces Farewell Tour Including Local Date With The Black Crowes

• Aerosmith is getting ready for a celebration of their 50-plus years together.
• The band has announced the dates for their farewell tour called “Peace Out.”
• The trek will include a September 27th date at Capital One Arena in DC with The Black Crowes opening.
• Tickets go on sale Friday, May 5th at 10am.
• Guitarist Joe Perry said, “I think it’s about time. It’s kind of a chance to celebrate the 50 years we’ve been out here. You never know how much longer everybody’s going to be healthy to do this. It’s been a while since we’ve actually done a real tour. We did that run in Vegas, which was great. It was fun, but (we’re) kind of anxious to get back on the road.“
