CLASSIC ROCK 94.3 WQCM’s FITZGERALD HOME FURNISHINGS $25,000 SHOPPING SPREE

1. Must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia or Virginia to participate.
2. Employees of Alpha Media, the Fitzgerald companies, their sponsors and their families as well as employees of other local radio station companies are ineligible to participate.
3. Beginning May 7^th and continuing every weekday through June 1st , 2018 except for Monday May 28^th (Memorial Day), qualifiers will be chosen in the following manor: At approximately 9:30am, 11:30am, 1:30pm and 4:30pm, 94.3 WQCM will play a cue to call. The 9^th caller after the cue to call plays @ 877-709-9430 or 717-709-9430 is qualified for the grand prize. There is no qualifying prize.
4. The grand prize will be chosen in a reverse lottery during a live broadcast at Fitzgerald Home Furnishings on Saturday, June 9^th, 2018. The exact time of broadcast to be announced.
5. Qualifier must be present to win. No proxies will be allowed.
6. The grand prize is a $25,000 gift card good only at the Fitzgerald Home Furnishings It may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. All taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the winner. You may receive a 1099 from the IRS.
7. If there is suspected or actual electronic tampering, the station reserves the right to void entries and/or terminate the Contest.
8. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, station reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend it.
