Def Leppard, Motley Crue, Poison and Joan Jett “Weighing All Options” On Fate of Summer Tour
With the coronavirus pandemic causing havoc on the summer concert season, many fans are awaiting to hear the fate of one of the biggest tours planned for this year: The Stadium Tour with Motley Crue, Def Leppard, Poison and Joan Jett & The Blackhearts.
The same statement was posted on all four band’s official websites saying they are “currently weighing all options,” and “awaiting further direction from the powers that be.”
It continues: “Our priority during this unprecedented time is to make sure that we are being as thoughtful and responsible as possible in the decisions we are making regarding The Stadium Tour and that we are putting the fans’ health, well being and safety first and foremost.”
An official decision is expected by June 1st. The tour is scheduled to begin in Jacksonville, Florida on June 18th, with two local dates planned for mid-August.
“In the meantime, stay safe and healthy. We can’t wait to see you all again,” the statement concluded.
